NCR sets are the most simple and least-expensive type of NCR. Whether you have a 2, 3, 4 or more part NCR form, all of the parts are joined together with glue to make a single complete set.
They are then boxed and stored loose. Being loose NCR sets, they are perfect for office use where you can take the next NCR set from where they are stored.
Once completed, the individual paper parts can be seperated to pass on.
NCR pads are multiple NCR sets all fixed together into one single pad. Usually there are 50 sets to a pad, they are supplied with a writing shield that's placed underneath the current set. You can fill out your form and can then tear off the resultant sheets for distribution. You can then reinsert the writing shield under the next set within the pad.
NCR pads are useful if you wish to keep your NCR sets neatly together, which can be a great assistance when you are out visiting clients.
NCR books are similar to NCR pads in the fact that all your NCR sets are kept neatly together. The main difference is that with an NCR book, a part of the set is fastened to the book.
The NCR sets are stapled into the book, along with a plain cover and board backing. It is then bound with black tape to finish. Dependant on your needs, some of the parts are perforated so they can be simply removed from the book and handed out to wherever, but the final part is left fastened into the book.
NCR books are ideal for ensuring you have your file copies kept together, so that nothing can go missing.
